Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Ollagraph API. It supplements, and is part of, our Terms of Service. Ollagraph is built for fetching, extracting, and reasoning about publicly accessible web content for lawful, authorized purposes.

Permitted use

Fetching and analysing publicly available pages; extracting structured data from sites you are permitted to access; auditing sites you own or are authorized to assess; building agents and applications on top of the API within the limits of your plan.

Prohibited use

You must not use the service to:

• Break any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including data-protection and intellectual-property law.
• Collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy law, or assemble profiles of individuals without a lawful basis.
• Circumvent authentication, paywalls, or access controls on systems you are not authorized to access.
• Target infrastructure you do not own and are not explicitly authorized to test, or attempt to reach private, internal, or non-public systems. (Requests to private and internal IP ranges are blocked at the network layer.)
• Generate excessive load, denial-of-service conditions, or otherwise degrade the sites you fetch or our service.
• Resell or relay raw API access to evade plan limits, or share credentials to circumvent metering.
• Use authorized-use data sources (for example LinkedIn-oriented actors) outside the relevant platform’s Terms of Service. Where a source requires it, you must supply your own authorized session and use only the public data you are permitted to access.

Fair use & rate limits

Each plan carries rate and volume limits. Sustained abuse, attempts to bypass limits, or use that threatens the stability or reputation of the service may result in throttling, suspension, or termination, with notice where practical.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. Serious or unlawful abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
